Before your renovation begins.
How long will my renovation take?
It depends on what you are renovating, the condition of the property and the materials. Before work starts, we agree an expected schedule for each stage so you can plan around it. If an unexpected issue affects the timing, we discuss it with you.
What do I need to get started?
For our first conversation, just tell us where the property is and what you would like to change. Photos, measurements or plans are helpful if you have them; you don’t need to have made every decision.
Can I live at home during the renovation?
It depends on the scope of work and whether you will still be able to use the bathroom and kitchen. Dust, noise and interruptions to water or electricity can also make daily life difficult. We discuss this with you before work starts so you can make arrangements.
Can I renovate just a kitchen or bathroom?
Yes, you can discuss a single room or your whole home. We’ll look at its current condition and the work involved to put together a proposal.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Vilafranca del Penedès and work across Garraf, Alt Penedès and Baix Penedès, including Olivella, Sitges, Vilanova i la Geltrú, Calafell and El Vendrell. We also travel to Baix Llobregat, Barcelona, Vallès Occidental, Anoia and the Camp de Tarragona area, from Badalona to Cambrils, depending on the scope of the renovation and availability.
